I used some track of Demetori and never got any trouble. No complaining or anything. So I'm just guessing that it is okay. I have two albums that I could send if you want to give it a go. It's up to though.

I flicked through a few on youtube and sounds pretty good for battles..

And best of all it looks like youtube leaves it alone
