Perhaps I should be pessimistic. Whenever I think I'm in with a shot of doing well, I always seem to not get very far. But when I think I'm going to fail, I do alright. Perhaps it's relative. I reckon I can win the first couple of rounds with a decent draw, anything further than that is a nice bonus. =)

My bot seems to do well against most things I tested it on. Managed to beat Hammerhead Shark in NAR AI 2.3, so I'm reasonably confident against concussion-type bots.

First off, enter only the best of your best from your bot arsenal, and be confident in winning. Well, not really, but as long as you strongly believe in positive things, they shall visit you more often.

i do enter stuff that is good. it's just that in tournaments for some reason i attract bad luck.
