if you asked me to AI with FBS.py then it would have had that

you either asked nothing (in that case I just choose FBS_1) or for FBS_1... it was said in the sign ups that you explain how you want your robot to act so I could AI it correctly

SnSnS 3 was AI'd with Mads new Central python.. so the only thing that robot cares about if hugging the center of the arena

It seems that I had it AIed myself and I had confused those 2 .pys... I tought FBS_1 was the chasing one...

the points standings are updated

I cant do the global ranks for the finals right now as the website is being screwy

but the brackets are updated and you may notice 7 people on a tie for the last place in the cut off ?

they have been randomized into a play off bracket for the last place before the semi final heats

SnSnS 3 vs. Crazed Fireman - that's why I use FBS_2.py... it has the 'chase_time' parameter that makes the bot stop snsing and chase the opponent after a certain time with no hits. I think the result would be the same (SnSnS 3 outweapons CF) but it would make for a more interesting fight.

And where was R1885 this whole time? His bot looks really good now. Wouldn't be surprised if he wins the playoff for the #10 spot.

for anyone who actually still cares about this tournament...

final of the play off is up

as a result is awarded 10 points to break the tie, so we now have the final 8 contenders (this is when its meant to get exciting)

this if how it works encase those dont know... 2 more heats just like before those not in the top 8 cannot move up any higher then 9th on the ladder but the fun part is can ruin those in the op 8's chances of winning the CC3 title.

after those 2 heats we cut again to 4 and have the final heat of the top 16

then we crown.. pretty much the ultimate robot survivor since this is the largest DSL tournament (in match amount size... basically 6x 24 bot tourneys and 1x 16 bot tourney make this up) ever been made.
