update on a few things:

Now hit half way with 12 bots AI'd in to the game
CFTW has moved into the DSL era now featuring the DSL Chewblade (just found out it had the stock on before) and an astro flight motor for the weapon

don't forget only 8 days left

I know i just needed a motor to fit right up against the side and TWM were to heavy by 0.2 kg I just used whatever suited the size, like pwnator said its legendary failure but at least it does a little more damage

I sent in my bot; the AI is coming later once I finish it. Oh yeah and I hope you have Mad's smart zones because you'll need them.

I'm not expecting to win with it, but it's a very fun design, and just plain intimidating.

yeah dont worry I have mads zones ... I would have to much trouble AIing other peoples bots without them, I love the bot however

the rankings now contain all names entered in this tournament the order of the unranked people is just random at the moment but after qualifying you will be sorted out in your correct ranks and it will be updated through the each round of the tournament

O ok, I'm a little confused on what u guys mean by AI'ing. Aslo I'm confused with the Anti Ballast would I be at a disadvantage if I don't have a bot 1200kg???

Yes.

Unless you plan to enter a cluster bot which is two bots with weights that add up to 1200 kg. Just make sure each bot is of the same weight class. There's more info on cluster bots on the first page of this thread.

I think that clusterbots are a disadvantage...
Its like 2 600KG bots against 1 1200KG bot, If the SHW is a spinner or something that atacks by itself, Both little bots will get BADLY owned.

Also, Viper... IF you wanna bein a Tournament you gotta be sure that you have an AMAZING bot, Im a noob... I just slipped in the Tournament coz i cant wait to be a good builder ^^'
I seriously cant imagine myself like Naryar or Sage... D:

just to clear up some questions, AI is the term used for the computer controlled robots in RA2 (ones you fight in 1 player) basically for this tournament I put the bots in the game as computer controlled bots and get them to fight each other while I record the result and post the videos up here for everyone to see

Anti Ballast is a component for the game that will do nothing but subtract 400kg of your bot by doing this you will have 1200kg to work with (800 limit + 400 from the anti ballast) the game will only build up to 800 but since it started at -400 you can use 1200kg

That would mean multiplayer tournaments. Has been done before, but they're serious lag fest.
