OK, I've been here a while and have decided to make a tourney.
I CAN HOST!

DSL, no cheat parts.

It's based on Chinese whispers where people will gradually add parts to bots and then pass them on as part of a team.
I hope to have at least 4 teams but no-one will know who is on their teams.
I will start with team leaders (Who will be chosen ) who make the chassis before PMing me, I will the pass on the bot to the next person where they add a certain (undecided) amount of components with a maximum total weight dependent on the team size.
If the next person is too slow I will pass on the bot unmodified.
This will carry on until the weight limit (HW probs) when the leader will then skin the bot. They will be AI'ed and a rumble will probably decide a winner.

Arena: Twiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiisted Arena by G.K. (if it works)
Teams:Dependant on signups probably about 5-10 people per team.
Format: Rumbles either 3-way or 4-way
NEW RULE: You will be able to ROTATE(not replace) components of earlier builders to aid with your building.

Final Rules:

1) You will be kept in the dark about your teammates until the bots have been AI'ed. Team size will depend on the amount of signups.
2) Depending on signups, you will be limited in the weight of components you are allowed to put onto your bot.
3) You may not remove components your teammates have placed, only rotate them.
4) The team captain will name and skin the bots once it is completed, and create the chassis at the start.
5) Under no circumstances may you BFE, AAM or ZeroG your bot. All building must be done in the bot lab. BFE armour c will be enforced.
6) The bots will be DSL heavyweights.
7) Custom Components are forbidden. The only extra components you will be allowed to use are AI parts that are not batteries, wheels, motors or weapons, and only on prior consent with myself or G.K.
8) Arena is finished!9) Signups will close in three weeks, so on the 21st of Feburary.

You have to promise me though that the three builders prior to Naryar are all horrible noobs so that I can hear him scream in terror when the bot reaches him for adjustments.

I would join for sure!!

But i think we should have a max weight...
What if there are 5 people building a bot, What if the last guy has no weight left to do anything?

Its beter if everyone has their weight limit (May pass it by some 0.? Kgs)...
So the builders' contribution to the bots would be even :P

there will be a set component amount but I guess weight must be accounted for eg no killdozer ploughs
