That .3 over still means its a heavyweight, not a middleweight and it says in your rules this is a middleweight tournament. The rules must be kept.
[EDIT] If it's due to a smart zone then its okay, as smartzone weight doesn't count.

I've sorted out and randomised the matchups, but I'm not going to reveal them yet
