btw how do you enter the main Banter Wars event in the first place ?

Submit a robot specifically for it =) You can still do that, but I recently did the draw. It's unlikely you'd make the main competition, but you have a good chance of getting into the side sumo competition.

However, the robots are all comparatively weak compared to those submitted for the challenge belt. Think of Robot Wars Series 2/3 standards. Anything way better than that I won't allow to keep the competition fair and less predicatable. Series 3 will be different, because I'll allow any robot entry, regardless of strength (within reason.)
