freeziez, the Heavyweight brackets are STILL wrong. I should be replacing FOTEPX. I have told you this at least five times now. FOTEPX specifically requested that Ashes To Ashes be removed and replaced with The Highlander.

Freeziez, I want for NFX to take my HW spot, mainly because I've seen his HW and it stands a much better chance than mine.

There's the post explaining everything. PLEASE get it right this time.

Wow, 4 hypno teeth against what could be passed off as a decent normal DSL bot. That was so fair...

Oh well. I'll get him in a normal DSL tourney.

Now to face a magical floating axle.
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything

n00b question but what;s is a floating axel, the unused one on my weapon system, and if so how is that unrealistic? Sorry for that I did't realize when I was making it I guess. Once again I'm really sorry

In real life, how would an axle on a belt drive support a weapon?

Sorry Nic, what we meant was if we look at your bot, its weapon motor is powered by a perm. Perms (in DSL) all have belts, belts are not rigid and so therefore would 'flop' down without support, and your weapon would fail =P

I have yet to see levitation IRL =P

The weapon has to be on the axel. But there is two axels on the motor so i used only one of them

No, what they mean is that there's no supports for the weapon. If you look at how Green Tree Frog is designed, he has that flipper segment stuff around the belt, that would be to give it support IRL, and stop it from pointlessly flopping down and rendering the weapon useless. The Perm runs a belt, which drives an axle which your weaponry is mounted on. The other attachment point is part of the SAME axle. In real life, your bot would just fall apart.

Yes but the axle is only supported by a flexible belt. This wouldn't work in real life. It would just flop around.

floating axles is the least of the problems I have with some of these bots
