Best Robot: Scavenger (For a robot that old to go into the final and destroy every competition it faced getting there it deserves best robot)
Worst Robot: The Sneaky Poke (For someone to give us things like the pulverisor, AORB?! and many other good robots in Banter Wars, this was kind of a disappointment as it did nothing but touch a robot once then get killed pretty easily)
Coolest Robot: The Inverter-a (Seriously its wheel pods could turn to be invertible!!! If anyone knows how Tashic did it then plz tell me, i was planning on using the inverted pods idea for my attempt at a 2016 Nightmare from Battle Bots)
Unluckiest Robot: Paris Train (got put against tough opponents, could've gone farther if not for the luck of the draw)
Luckiest Robot: Tiny Trident (For being my first DSL robot done "mostly" properly and the fact that it was half finished, with weak armour and the fact that it could probably drive so fast that it could ricochet OOTA, I'm surprised it got to the Losers Finals)
Most Destructive Robot: Dominotrix (Deadly with the interchangeable weaponry and a hard bot to stop, with weapons that could send parts flying, im pretty sure it qualifies for that)
Least Realistic Robot: Spoider (I think everyone will agree here, those motors were so exposed!!!"
Funniest Robot: The Sneaky Poke (although it is probably the worst robot, it is definitely funny to see it try and do something with that useless pole XD)
Most Boring Robot: Tank Slapper 2 And A Bit (Although it is a replica, seeing it take an age to try and get enough momentum to thwack a robot was just a bit boring)
Best Battle: Can't decide, they were all good matches and it was a great tournament

Best Robot: mister hug
Worst Robot: crash
Coolest Robot: the invertererererer
Unluckiest Robot Builder: Jamied for 1st screwing up and having to forfeit his last spot which then allowed IWTFC into the tournament, then losing to it in a rumble, and then losing to said bot in the Final
Luckiest Robot: Chaotic Reaction I guess as it mainly just spun out of harms way for the first couple of matches.
Most Destructive Robot: Turtle stronk
Least Realistic Robot: Tie between Dominotrix with the long spikes and Sneaky Poke's long stick
Funniest Robot: none
Most Boring Robot: Tankslapper
Best Battle:

So It's got to be Red Claw: What No BFEing? The Rules did state that a builder could BFE. But did this builder have anything that allows them to edit the Bot file?
Fun fact: I did try BFE-ing Redclaw's burst arc but it just havok'd like crazy so it wasn't worth it. I'll admit it was rather sloppily-built, though. That's what I get for leaving it so late and then sh**ting out an entry at the last second :P

Best Robot: dunno
Worst Robot: The Sneaky Poke. I mean, really?
Coolest Robot: Gonna go with the crowd and say The Inverter-A with those inverting wheel pods.
Unluckiest Robot: dunno
Luckiest Robot: Chaotic Reaction, I'm still surprised it got as far as it did.
Most Destructive Robot: Hornbob Fury. That VS is not to be trifled with.
Least Realistic Robot: Spoider. What even...
Funniest Robot: Crash. Watching it tumble all over the place was hilarious.
Most Boring Robot: The Sneaky Poke. It's a box that doesn't do anything. At least mine landed a few hits and then fell over.
Best Fight: dunno

BFE it to 2.9
Anything above that'll havok it.

Sorry, lad, but you can't vote for yourself in an award unless its for the Best Battle award. You're gonna have to choose someone else for this.

I think that might've been me forgetting to discount a vote or something. Wouldn't have changed the result anyways. ;P

So you can't vote for yourself for negative things either...  Makes no sense really...

Anyway, if this'll be the case it'll change a few of my votes...

Best Robot: Ares (Shame it didn't get too far)
Worst Robot: Sneaky Poke (Half Tempted to put Tankslapper here)
Coolest Robot: Burn (As much as I'd Like to Put inverter here, one can't deny the coolness of this one)
Unluckiest Robot: Ares (It deserved more wins)
Luckiest Robot: Chaotic Reaction (How does a SnS get to the final?)
Most Destructive Robot: Turtle (Nuff sad)
Least Realistic Robot: Sneaky Poke (See also: Worst bot)
Funniest Robot: Crash (Why is this a category?  Whatever, I'll vote the one that became a small meme)
Most Boring Robot:  Tankslapper
Best Battle: I think I fell asleep half way through.

It was an amazing tournament! Here are my votes!

Best Robot: Scavenger (able to throw robots out with force, also a cool design!)
Worst Robot: Hornbob Fury (It's 259...but red? Forgive me!)
Coolest Robot: Skellachopper (It's a spinning skull of death and doom, looks awesome!)
Unluckiest Robot: Telemachus (Was orignally going to make this the boring robot but I think that's unfair. It is powerful but its reliability let it down.)
Luckiest Robot: IWTFRC (Got through on a wildcard and became the overall winner. Well played!)
Most Destructive Robot: Dominotrix (Overlooked this robot at first, it caused mayhem! That massive blow on Tortuga Ninja that sent it flying was amazing!)
Least Realistic Robot: Diatomic (It's a cool design...I'm just not sure on how realistic it is.)
Funniest Robot: The Sneaky Poke (It's a robot...with a stick. Not effective but hey, the simplicity is funny!)
Most Boring Robot: Crash (Cool design...but it just fell apart constantly. After that, robots just kept playing with the pieces!)
Best Battle: Losers Bracket Semi-Finals – Sallymandra vs Tortuga Ninja vs Hornbob Fury vs Dominotrix (4 different spinners...complete mayhem. Hornbob Fury didn't impact the fight a lot but good grief, the other robots ripped each other to shreds!)

All right, guys, there are only 24 hours left for your votes!

It is at this time that I will now throw my votes into the ring. Here goes:

Best Robot: Tortuga Ninja/Tor2ga (This menacing little turtle managed to do surprisingly well despite looking like a bit of a jokebot. Of course, the second one was significantly deadlier than the previous, and it certainly showed.  I mean, it did come second in both the Final Rumble and Main Tournament.)
Worst Robot: Hell Spawn 1.2 (I'm honestly surprised this hasn't got a vote considering its no-win record. Its a shame, too, considering it could have done better had there been some tweaks.)
Coolest Robot: The Inverter-A (Can I just ban Tashic from this award considering anything he makes is awesome? Joking aside, The Inverter-A looks awesome and was innovative with its inverting wheel pods.)
Unluckiest Robot: Ares (Honestly, I thought Ares would actually do well in the tournament. And then it got screwed over by better robots that targeted it first, which was a big shame.)
Luckiest Robot: SkellaChopper (Chaotic Reaction at least had some sort of merit to its victories. Oftentimes, Skella would sit out the fight, bumbling around and Luigi'ing.)
Most Destructive Robot: DominoTrix (Good god, this thing was a monster with its devastating modular ring spinner. Oftentimes it would either annihilate the robots or itself due to its instability.)
Least Realistic Robot: Spoider (Can't really fault anyone who voted it here. Its a shame because I really like the design of Spoider, with its scrapyard aesthetic.)
Funniest Robot: Crash (I'd vote Mister Hug in, but it wasn't seen much in the rumble. Crash takes the spot because it was a bit sh**, in all honestly, but it was hilarious watching it explode in increasingly deadlier ways.)
Most Boring Robot: TankSlapper 2 And A Bit (I mean, I love the replica of it, but it isn't that good as a fighter. It just rams an opponent or flails around slowly, which wasn't the most exciting, to be honest.)
Best Battle: Sallymandra VS Tortuga Ninja VS Hornbob Fury VS DominoTrix (Tiebreaker here, to be honest.)

Worst Robot: Hell Spawn 1.2 (I'm honestly surprised this hasn't got a vote considering its no-win record. Its a shame, too, considering it could have done better had there been some tweaks.)
Finally someone agree to my embarrassment in bot building! Yet, I little surprised why no one actually thought about voting this bot for worst robot. It could just be because Hell Spawn 1.2 just happens to be that one bot that constantly slips under the radar, because of other Robots looking a lot worst than Hell Spawn like Red Claw or Skellachopper.

It's because Hell Spawn isn't total sh**. It's got a terrible record, but at least it looks decent, whereas compared to all other voted or considered robots:
  • The Sneaky Poke: Great banter, but... yeah. I'd kinda like to see something serious from Adam, because when you produce the PM's pulverizor, you do have some standards and expectations to live up to.
  • Tankslapper: Good replica but **** me this is a boring robot, it's literally a wedge with an ocasional flail. We've the Pay Tribute with Replicas thread for a reason Kurt.
  • Serenity in Murder: It's a box with a disc. Yawn.
  • Red Claw: Meh. Just not all that good. Bland and rushed.
  • Crash: 09 cmon this isn't the worst robot, but Crash in my opinion wasn't that funny tbh.
  • Hornbob: This robot is damn good, what are you smoking Orc?
  • Skellachopper: I kinda like it honestly but 3 maces and a somewhat bland design makes it possible to see why it got voted.

To quote Demon from the Discord chat: "Performance, looks, whatever you want to judge on" Hornbob did well but like I said, in my opinion it's just a red 259. No offense meant. I've never heard of Tankslapper before which is why I didn't vote it for the same reason. :P
