I just wanted to improve my skills with stock, so first, i'd like to see where i can improve on my BBEANS bot.
Heres a splash i made for him a long time ago:

2 HPZ-Tek drive
Slipper bottom wheels
2 Blacks
DSA
At least 30 razors
Wedges that act as srimechs

One idea for the new version is to move the snow plow so that its flatter against the surface of the wedge, and maybe a couple of ramplates at the sides.
I may also upload some of the bots i've recently been working on.

Post by: 40757 on June 14, 2009, 03:34:53 PM: Well I was thinking that the plow was getting in the way of the range after watching it fight Chernobyl. Once the plow was destroyed, THEN you saw it beat up Chernobyl. I would just remove it and add Ramplates in the front instead.

'tis quite powerful though. Whatever you do, get rid of the plow and put something flat on top.

Edit: I lost to a 680 kg bot.

Insides are the same except for 2 added slimbodys for a slight bit more battery life.
Since RODW2 has had his upgrade, he can now beat more bots than before (vortex ce, rabid pitbull, ect)
Most bots dont get to meet the sides which is good :) (unless its mome rath, who gets the back)

I think they're also part of a Darkrat components pack, but my memory has never served me so well. Either way they're not stock..

Could be, but I can imagine "lasting a little bit longer" also means DSL/custom Slimbodies take less voltage then say, a Ztek.

I shudder to think of what RODW would have done to Chernobyl if it had 4WD.

Post by: Clickbeetle on August 30, 2009, 01:30:50 AM: I like the use of the Emergency wedge on Death Pattern, how it acts as both a wedge and armor. Very efficient. I just wish it had better than angle motor drive. You have some extra weight; I bet you could do at least Redbird drive.

I agree that the HW would be good with 4WD. But 6 DDTs all overlapping in one spot is pretty cool. I imagine Noob Whacker is good at 1 hit KO's.

I do have a fairly similar P-U with 4 wheels.
n00b Whacker is fairly quick (RODW quick lol)
He is ok-ish at 1 hit KO's, more than a 1 hit ko its a 2 hit ko :P
