I rotated the Snappers 180 degrees like Fracture suggested and it seems a little more stable now:

Dreamcast is right, it's still not the most stable robot ever built, but I have no weight left over for additional stabilizers. I'm sure I can refine the design and shave some weight off, though. EDIT: I've thought of something I can do right off the bat, actually: I can raise the baseplate anchors holding up the weapon Z-Teks, and that'll let me use shorter extenders

i would get rid of the wedges entirely and do a setup like praetorian or pwn's ripblade rebuild

WIP MW HS. Currently weighs 395.3kg. It's a little hard to steer and it can't self-right but it hits pretty hard, and the plows should provide good frontal protection.

The razor tips behind the snowplows are probably useless but other than that, any major screw-ups here? Should I switch the plows for wedges?

Interesting component choices, but I'd say you did a pretty good job. Wedges can certainly work but I wouldn't say there's a major advantage to be had. If you're up for it, you could get a lot of free weight by building it all off one SnapperII since HS are kept stable and protected by their spinners so they can afford to have tiny chassis. I will mention that 9 maces is a bit underweaponed for a MW.

I did wonder if it was underweaponed. Still not as underweaponed as Disorientation, at least. I'll definitely have to learn that trick where you mount everything on a burst motor.

Those razor tips are doing nothing.
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything
