True popups are tuff stuff.

Damn nice. I take it the extenders are some sort of side protection or anti-immobilisers?

I had extra weight but they keep it from getting stuck on its side as well as protecting the wheels slightly. As for Bounty Hunter Syndrome, I've never heard of it. Could you tell me what it is please?

Nothing to do with the casters or skin, actually, it's to do with the wedges not being terribly good because the drive and other stuff is attached to the other AP, making the wedges kinda half-static and thus not really as wedgy as they could be.

I believe it's when you have a caster armoured popup that has really bad wedges? (I just remember BH was a HW popup in BBEANS 5 that was very nicely built but didn't make it far for some reason)

one small tip is to segment extenders when you can. 2 20cm extenders have twice as much total HP as a 40 cm since all the extenders have the same HP.

The extenders holding the wedges are segmented into 4 20cms, though the side extenders are 40cms. Thanks for pointing that out.
