you can try using 2 extenders instead of a t connector if you still need weight for another battery with plastic
DP. Status report. Mini - Flaming Whizzer and Mini - Backyard Ripper beaten, along with a few others. The bot lasts well; the irons are strong, the extenders are pretty out of reach, and the chassis hardly ever gets touched. One thing I have noticed (which was pretty obvious) is that the power limits it greatly. It has a great amount of damage and power in the first few jousts, but after that it fades away. If the bot isn't dead by a minute, you're stuffed. So pretty much all of the wins were by de-weaponing the other bot, then not having enough poke to finish it off, and then winning by points. While rebuilding, naturally my low attention span ran out and I started messing with the extender work. I did what 09 said because Plastic alone didn't suffice, but I messed around a little more. I managed to find this setup, all off one axle and without the Rule of 7. It won't be surprising to me if you've already found this, but I thought it was pretty cool.(Image removed from quote.)Total extender weight: 10 kgs.
I tried building the Plastic version, but honestly I didn't have the patience to stack a CB through 2 pinks.
Personally I've hardly ever tried any of the glitches you guys
The chassis could be shorter and made more airtight. But it's school soon so I thought I'd post what I've done so far.
don't really see what point the wedges serve.
does the wedge suffer because you put the drive on the wedge bursts ?
