Its because it is probably to similar to BOTM.

Tips to make it different:
Make it biweekly. Set the challenge and everyone has one week to post a bot. Then Sage or someone posts all of the bots in one post and starts a poll for 3 or 4 days. Winner gets to choose the next challenge, and points are kept. There can be some form of prize at the end of a time perioed for points, and they can get a prize.

My proposal:
Person sets challenge.
Challenge will be open for posting Sunday to Sunday
Poll is started Monday and goes through Friday.
Winner must declare challenge before Sunday or challenge will be declared by Sage, or whoever runs thread.
Challenge will be declared open, upon which people post their bots
More bots entered=more points
If 12 bots are entered, winner gets 12 points. 2nd place gets 11 parts, etc.
Points are kept over a period of 6 months, and winner gets some kind of prize.

Sound good?

Oh I almost forgot. It should alternate Stock and DSL until Backlash is released. When Backlash comes out, it can be included in the cycle.
