I knew it was a Crawler/SnS hybrid! Otherwise it may not be able to move far.

That's main form of attack is not driving directly over the opposition, but dancing in a circle while waiting for said opponent to attack, like a SnS?

But it is different from the norm for SnSs. It should have a new class for it.

I think is should be a subclass of the Crawler design, as that is the main basis for it. I suggest a Dancing Crawler.

(Hey, with all these subclasses, We should to a family tree of bot types.)

Yes maybe... but it is hard to trully trace the origin of bot types.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

You guys are just overdoing it... There is no point dancing in circles intentionally with that design. Just a 2WD crawler (2 weapon drive crawler)

Now that's a good idea.

That's the most comments i've had on a bot in a long time...

I'd just call it a Dancer.

I believe designs like those were referred to as "bumble balls" or something a while back.

No, Bumble balls have stationary weapons and an extender on a motor, making it bump about the arena. It's basically a bot that maulers everywhere.

I would have never expected that bot to beat Fury with such an exposed chassis and motors.  It spins pretty fast for a crawler.

And 20 iron spikes plus 2 razors on a MW.... that would even be good on a rammer.

You may want to make a new version after BOTM with a square chassis, and put the Z-teks on the baseplate, so it's harder to knock off one whole side of your weapon at once.  The discs are less vulnerable than the motors.

Out of curiosity, what were your other 2 bots that failed because one couldn't drive and the other AGOD'd?

To lack feeling is to be dead, but to act on every feeling is to be a child.
