Lose the pinks, and stack a second black in there. Then swap the servos for Baseplate Anchors (This will save you AT LEAST 70 kg), swap the HPZ Weapon motors for RADs (Saving nearly 60kg), and drop down to a 20cm holding the weapon motors on, and you should be able to eFFe a LOT more weapons onto the tribars.

Here it is now. Also has two casters on the bottom to prevent popups slightly. But still has weight left and can do well against HS's.
So what should I do with the rest of the weight.

It's roughly the same speed. And there's less power drain, so your batteries last longer. AND it's lighter, so you have more weight to add weapons.

On this, RADs would be good enough. The weapons would still spin quickly if they spin in the same direction as the bot, and there would be less power drain and weight used.

Most of your sentence makes no sense.
If you want decent bots, you are going to have to "rebuild the chassis" at some point.
Besides, if you actually bothered to do that, you'll soon pick up on how big a chassis you'd need for the bots you are planning to build anyway.

Trust me, rebuilding the chassis is one of the most important parts of building. I had to rebuild the chassis for my Pyscolone popup at least 60 times.

Rebuild the chassis. Mold it arouond the baseplate components you choose to use.

Show me you can do that, even if it's a generic design. That's your first step okay? You get a +1 too, for showing signs of un-n00b ness.
