Haha, who said I had to say? The Rupt glitch was kept under raps until it was found by someone a little less secretive.

But yeah, don't expect this level of protection on any of my legit bots.

Obviously he just figured out how to .bot edit stronger armor.

Firebeetle made a bot like Punchbag called "Barney Block" or something like that. It was just a huge box painted with pictures of Barney the Dinosaur on all sides, with 4WD angle motors, and here's the catch: an unbalanced spinner in the middle of the chassis so it could keep bouncing to avoid immobility. Oh, and near-invincible armor, of course.

Then he found some online game with a couple of newbies, joined with the username " " (just a single space) so no one could see him, and took it out, saying nothing. Each person thought the other one was using the Barney Block. It was pretty funny. Little did they know there was a ghost in their midst.

And then they had to deal with this invincible, un-immobilizable (is that a word?) Barney Block running around :D

Well, I'm bored now and it'd be far too obvious if I released the bot, if it wasn't already. You're half there. Didn't edit the BOT file.

It WOULD be something to check for in a tourney though. Making sure plastic armor is actually plastic armor and so on. Wouldn't want "super DSA" to run amok - light as plastic, strong as DSA - or better.

Would be useful if used legally though. Maybe you just want your bot to have a different chassis shine. Say like, the orangey-red of Plastic, but on a bot that should have (and actually can fit) DSA armor.

Nice story there.

It's kind of hard to see in the BBEANS videos, but Firebeetle did that with Seism 13 and Blue Moon. Seism 13 has an orangey-red shine with DSA, and Blue Moon has a bluish shine with a reflection map, like a Shiny Hub wheel.

This is a legal form of bot file editing because the BBEANS rules say, "The only thing you can do to your bot outside the bot lab is skin (paint) it." Editing the armor shine is part of skinning.

Yes, it's terrible in every way. If you hadn't seen the bot, only the name... well, who would put their money on a bot called Punchbag?
It is a bot only COID could lose to.

But it does have it's purpose. It's a punching bag. Maybe we can see how fast a bot can destroy it. It shouldn't be too hard.

Na,Got the same weapon on ethery side of the shell so it is balanced.

Well, the RAW2 "Splash" is out so my messed up splash from before can be revealed -

The video doesn't really make it easy to look at certain bots does it?

- The casters could be better. They're not so good with "overcutting" ...

... I.. eh.. I don't remember. Did play around with wedges. I.. MIGHT of changed the entry to a single wedge setup but didn't update the splash. Must of traded it for rubbers and maybe a extra razor.
