LOL.

Well Manto5 is nice, but don't get overconfident. A decent HW HS would own it.

R18, If you've something new and of content (more that 'LOL') you may at times need to DP to show others that there's something new to look at; esp on your own thread.

Get this: 'Reason over rules.' Rules are 'external restrains' like leashes; they're for dogs who as of yet lack intrinsic self-control... So use your head (unlike Hydro).
Input is appreciated. :)

I like Manto 5. Mabye rotate the iron spikes out a little bit so they reach out from the disk some more. Also, downgrade the DDT's to green snappers if you aren't using them as flippers, and use the gained weight for more weapons or armour.

Irons should work OK on a drum because they damage on all sides.

For once the mods did something right

Or you could make Manto 6 to be invertible.

Put smaller wheels and side armor- a plow, ramplate, or several static weapons on the sides.

So you think drums and ramers are the only bots I build? WRONG. I give you my deadly HS, DarkWing2, Quad, and Urben Brawl.
DarkWing2:

Quad:

Urben Brawl:

Tell me how much you like these bots. DarkWing2 was just built today, btw.

Please post the bots innards rather than just the outsides. We can't really help you unless we know what's in them.

Indeed, these chassis are massive.

DarkWing 2 is the better- you might want to reduce chassis size, add another spinner and switch to shinies.

Quad has a HUGE chassis and all these spinners scattered are only useful if you SitnSpin... the worse.

I think you can put shinies on Urban Brawl too and lower the chassis' height -be sure to rotate the HP Z-teks if they touch the ground.

Also, try to put  Z-teks upwards and downwards on the same bot- look at the other's über-stacked-HS in other showcases.

Sry for not puting a gut shot of my bots. I guess I should.
DarkWing2:
https://gametechmods.com/uploads/images/54108screenshot_287.JPG[/IMG]]
Powerful, but unstable. Some times havoks. Underpowerd, but can last two min.s without problems. Forgive the pinks.
Quad:
https://gametechmods.com/uploads/images/64633screenshot_288.JPG[/IMG]]
I built Quad for unmoded stock, not starcore. I built it long before DW2 or UB. Thats why it sucks.:ermm:
Urben Brawl:
https://gametechmods.com/uploads/images/58613screenshot_289.JPG[/IMG]]
As you can see, UB is'nt like most of my bots. Tons of snapers hold it to gether. Not my fav. bot, due to its short wheel base, makeing turning a pain.>_<
Feed back welcomed.

For Dark Wing, you should get rid of the pinks, and then put in another black battery.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

You should get the AI parts unlock:

There: https://gametechmods.com/Robot_Arena2/Components/Combo_AI_&_SZ.zip

There is a lighter snapper (13kg), called the Snapper II, way weaker but good for bursting/snapper stacking. And two attachment points.

Then you should gain some weight by only using snapper II's (but not for weapon/srimech uses).

DarkWing 2 needs one more black, and Quad just needs two blacks.

EDIT: and for weight saving, you can put multiple motors on one Snapper. The better HW horizontal spinners there don't have more than two Snapper II's.

Last 2 posts = wise bot-building info, Urjak. Really can't add much to their input.
I don't think 'chassis size' can be over emphasized; small as possible is best because of weight and vulnerability.
Input is appreciated. :)

The only issue to small chassis is their lack of durability contrarily to big chassis, but you gain a lot of weight. That can be used for external armor, or weapons.

Oh, and one general advice: Look at the other showcases, watch and learn. Lurk on the forum. You'll get tons of valuable information.

can you explain how a larger chassis has more durability please. it might be another thing to take into consideration.
You got my vote for RA2 Wizard. Always and forever.

Well, it will take more hits from the same weapon to destroy a SHW chassis than a LW chassis.
