No, they always go to the front.

I may not have huge experience with AI's, but I'm pretty certain AI's are non-discriminatory towards which side they attack.  Still, I wouldn't worry about it in an AI'd tournament for two reasons:

1> AI's won't try to drive around to the sides or back, they drive strait at you.
2> AI's always try to keep the front of their bot facing the other one, so unless your bot is being tossed about, the front will be facing the opponent at all times.

Remove the rear armor, all its doing is eating weight.
You might want to also remove the side snow plows.
Move the snappers forward to reduce weight on the extenders.
Use said gained weight to amp up your weapons.

No AIs attack the back.

Plow.py, Cheap.py and Tractor.py

No, they always go to the front.

Incorrect. All AI's except the aforementioned 3 will go for the front if the front is pointed at them, and indeed any side if it is pointed at them.
My above post explains everything about everything.

But the ones G.K. mentioned will more likely hit the side than the back.
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything

All AI usually attack the center of the robot...

But never put back armor.
You got my vote for RA2 Wizard. Always and forever.

It looks allright chassis wise, but shorten the arms and get all the Irons on one or two pistons.

Try to use some of the past advice that you have gotten for new bots. Build to the weight limit, rear protection is not necessary, and shape the chassis around the components (don't just fill a snap-to-grid chassis with components).

Is there a reason for the overly tall chassis? It seems to me that your current setup would work if it was set for 5 pixels up from the bottom of the height scroller. If you don't want to count, you could always just use the Height Ruler thing-a-ma-jig in my sig so that all you need to do is line up the center of the scroller with the 5 line.

Out of curiousity, why aren't you using any air? The advantage of having pistons is so that they can apply additional force to a hit. You may run into the trinity glitch if you add air but if the pistons aren't going to fire, I would just get rid of them.

Since you have the weight, I would also add some snapper2 wedges and some castor armor to the front.

Offtopic: War of the Monsters is a fun multiplayer game (thats where I'm assuming you got the pic and name of "Preytor" from).

Some bots don't need air to fire if it's already moving quickly. I'm not sure if that would apply here though.
