The chassis could stand to be tightened up a little bit. If you only had 6 razors, then you could get that second Supervolt there.

Just do it a pixel at a time if you need to. Chassis trimming will save you a noticeable number of kilograms from your robot.

Couple of things you could do here. Try to shrink the chassis around the components (turn Snap to Grid off if you still have it on), and rotate the extenders 90 degrees so both razors hit at the same time.

There's another attachment point on the SII that you could easily use to mount the drive on. I'd also discourage you from using so much weight on the wedges, but you said it was a hybrid which I'm guessing means HS/Flipper, in which case keep the DDTs.

You can successfully build a wedge/HS hybrid, but you need two spinners.  See T-400 in Starcore v3 or that one red bot in Inf AI (I think it's Kontra?).
