Ah, well obviously if you want to make it better you should probably get rid of them.
And why are you using the giant wheels?

...you score 10 marks for coolness, but lose 9 of them for the rest of it. Invert the position of the drive motors to get smaller wheels on to start with, and it's too compact and narrow in my view. Needs to be wider. =P

MOAR RAZORS!!!!!!!

I wondered where that came in...check my DSL showcase for moar razors. :P

And ya, NFX, this was mainly a trial run to see if I could make a popup off of one snapper. And failed horribly. :P

Quick, I need a loophole D:

Marty, you have Craaig's bot Stealth Destroyer 2. You need to make a sledgehammer VS.

My mome rath ripoff sucked more than it should have done, and all my other attempts end up like this:

But they have to be on a VS, so no putting a sledge on for front protection (darn xD)?

Mjorhmei did all right in BBEANS5, even against bots that severely outweapon it.  Maybe do something like that.

Or do something like Hammermill, my bot for my challenge with Sage.

The trick with sledgehammers is you need to get your opponent OOTA because you're not going to outweapon anything anytime soon.

Everything I've tried so far with hammers fails one way or another, so I decided to take a break and make an almost airtight popup.

Yes, it probably is under-armoured. xD

That AC shot still baffles me :S

Better than my 1HKO against AC.  :D

Yes it could be more airtight, and maybe moving the ramplates farther toward the sides would give you more protection against HSs.

Is it just me, or is that baselpate anchor in the center not doing anything?
Anyway, I like the chassis shape, it's good to see a non-standard design for a popup in stock

I think that 10 razors per burst is overkill. Maybe get some SnapperII wedges and focus on spreading the razors evenly/getting a few moar razors.

Snapper II wedges are worse than DDT wedges.
And the razorz seem pretty spread out to me for a stock popup atleast.

Huh.

Well, I'm still learning in Stock. Feel free to bash me with a noob hammer, then. *puts on crash helmet*

WAIT!

Couldn't you at very least snapper load the Z-Teks to save some weight and get some more weapons on there?

Well (from personal experience) snapper loaded drive is very unstable.
Also, it leaves the drive a lot more exposed which seems to be a worse thing to do in stock than in DSL.

As ounce said, it's the armour he probably wants to focus on improving most, and he can do that by tightening the chassis up.

Though his comment makes no sense if you read it whole, FOTEPX is partly right this time. 10 razors per DDT is overkill.

However, snapper loading your drive would require nearly 40 kg, and would expose your motors. So no.

Yeah, add moar armor
