Well I built this when I was very broed (I was doing some homework for school) and should had been sleeping. Like 6 days ago.
I don't know what else to do to it (Though I think there are things I must fix) and I'm kind of tired right now, so I don't feel like typing much. I think I wok up at 6:00 in the morning and now it's 22:00 and I'm doing more homework for tomorrow's school, I might wake up late, etc. XD

No, I don't really care about waking up a bit late (Oh. My brain is doing fails again because of my sleepiness. Tomorrow's saturday - no schoool *facepalm* - and this homework is for the next 2 weeks! Who cares about waking up late or doing homework so late. XD).

It has ADS and only the two blacks you can see. Any comments? I think there are some things wrong but I'm too sleepy to tkinh of what that is. I should go sleep now... Good nigth agan ;)

Edit: Fixed some mispells. And noticed there was empty space. Ñe.

That bot looks great. One question, can you show me how to get the chassis like that?
I can only make a chassis with a triangle on each side using the TCG.

This is a huge bump. Not as huge as some others, but still huge. And it's my own thread.
Reviving this showcase like I did with my DSL one.

I also thought of rebuilding it.. will do tommorrow maybe. Also if I want to upgrade the snappers I will have to rebuild anyways.
I never did that... (Rebuild Bamboo) But I'll try my best this time (I hope)!
I don't even have the original bot anymore. Well, I've just found it on my music device.
Time to build :D

Tsunami is still the only robot i've shown o_o I just tried to redesign it but the result was a fail lol. well not really. it's under the weight limit w/out missing any parts but it 'dances'. Some like swinging back and forth, but i couldnt add stabilizers lol (Thats not the only problem tho). I also made a fail flipper xD. I wonder when will I make another good bot
My old post style reminds me of some friends in here...

Ok, I've been building a few HS's, attempted to rebuild Bamboo (My test popup), and then decided to take a look at the first few pages of my showcase...
Before I joined here, I used to like building Heavyweights with huge chassis', steel armor and lots of empty space. The kinds of robot I used to build most were hammers and flippers, but later then I noticed how weak hammers are most of the time, and how useless my flippers were... But only after finding out about this awesome community.

That was around 2008-9... I started to lurk around and get amazed at robot designs that I used to think I'd never manage to build properly... But now, I've been able to build most of the kinds of robots I always wanted to, and sure 80% of them performed well...

And now, as opposed to my earlier "me", I love to build LW's with airtight chassis', plastic armor, at least two horizontal spinners and everything heavily stacked in the middle... But I tend to build the same robot over and over again, with minimal differences between each, like chassis size or where the CB is stacked, sometimes I put the battery on the back, sometimes at the front... But they always seem to be equal copies of a different version of Loxosceles Laeta II, without the plow but still missing a razor and still at the weight limit...

I feel I've run out of creativity. Totally. Sort of a terrible Builder's Block, that forces me to constantly go into the bot lab and replicate the same robot over and over again............

Build a HW VS. Put your mind to it and you will build a good one, and it'll help with the builder's block.
I built that big robot on that TV show that time

I get that sometimes. You could try taking one of your bots into a different weight category. Or start out with one distinct feature of the robot, and see where you go with it. Which is how I built Runtime Error. =D

^^ What I like to do.  Every time I get a successful bot I have to make LW, MW, HW, and sometimes even AW/BW versions.

First off, I tried everything you told me with no really good results.
I anyway managed to build a bot which looks insanely similar to Reier's Alter Ego II, although the weapon arrangement is equal to that of K.Y.A.R.A. II while staying lightweight, therefore I named it the third. This helped me a bit with the builder's block, and I finally got inspiration again.
But actually, here you'll see my result from Somebody's advice.

================================

About time I take dust off from my showcase.

Here is my latest bot, which is better than my last attempt at a VS.
I still don't feel like building wedges the way you people do. I just don't like it.

You can close the spoiler tag now... :P

I started off being inspired by the shape of new year fireworks. This evolved into the current bot's tribar placement.
I KNOW WHAT BADNIK WILL DO when he sees this, so I kindly ask you to please refrain from posting it.

I don't know what you might think it looks like, but it is quite stable here. I didn't feel like stacking another black in, but I might.
When I was going to test it, I noticed I didn't have any Starcore AI Pack installed, so more pics will come after I get some sleep.

So, cya people and happy new year ;) 21 hours until that here in Chile.

Aaaww, I was expecting a wedgeless bot in stock, which would have been very cool.
That bot's an interesting idea, but sadly extender work gets eaten up VERY quickly in stock compared to DSL so in starcore and whatnot, that bot's probably gonna suffer from that.
Shame really, as I said it's a cool idea, but apart from putiing a LOT of protection all over the extender work, there's not really much you can do to fix it and keep that same kinda setup.

I'm somewhat forced to put at least a half-decent wedge in there to protect my bot from those extremely picky bots with wedges that somehow remind me of Naryar and his perfectionism. :P

It's not that cool of an idea when it comes to battling I guess, but it looks good and I achieved my main objectives here: Getting rid of builder's block again, and outperforming my last attempt at a VS.

Sparkypher9878 and somewhat Badnik, go away >:O
