can be done easy without the T joint

just plastic extenders... one of the DDT.. one of that plastic extender on the side AP then one again to make it symmetrical

Reminds me of a bot I once made... but this is all attached to the chassis not stacked on snappers. B for Blowout (1,2,3??) anyone remember?

Anyways, the weight seems too far back for the wedges to be effective.

You could shrink the chassis for stacked blacks so you have spare weight for some tough frontal armor.

It is worth it, though, when you get the chassis tightly set up. Makes me feel as if I actually accomplished something. Quite sad, really.
 
But anyhow, get rod of that nifty and stack a second supervolt in there, you should still have enough weight left over for some frontal ramplates.
 
Also, with the middle two weapons, don't attach them to the snapper in the way you are doing now, they will flex like mad and bounce the robot. Have the snappers facing upwards, and attach the weapons from there using the side attach point. You could even attach both weapons on one side onto the same snapper.
 
Swap Nifty for a Supervolt = +14kg
Change weapon setup = -4kg
Trim chassis = -4.8kg
Baseplate Anchors = +8kg
Ramplates = +40kg
 
That should bring you up to exactly 800kg. =D

no seriously.. I build a big chassis and layout all my parts into a set up then build a chassis the shape of those parts.. minimizes amount of rebuilds
