Its actually pretty stable as-is.
I mean as it is, that round extender is on an anchor anyway...

I could MAYBE get like 1 wedge on the front, but it wouldn't be on a motor or anything :/
And if that's the case, the wedge wont really be effective.

get rid of all the lower razors, they look like they hardly reach other bots.. that weight ould be used to get a decent wedge.

I MIGHT be able to fit a snapper on the end, but of course, I would only have 3 other part chains to work with :/
I dunno', I'll try something.

Somewhere in my quest to get a "good" Saw-bot, I made this:

This combination pop-up/saw-bot, in its current state, can do frequent 50s to low 100s.
I'm getting close to making a "good" saw-bot, guise.
...Mostly because I've come to the conclusion that a pure saw-bot cannot KO anything, so I decided to hybrid this one.

I remember trying to make a bot much like that way back when I first got Starcore 2.

The problem is, saws just aren't good weapons, but if you're really determined, here's some pointers.

-Chew blades are 4 kgs lighter than the lightest saw blade and have the same stats.
-Saws have frequency, so the best way to use them is on an overhead clamp-bot or some other kind of trapper where you can hold the opponent on your saws.  So a good way to use some of the extra weight on that prototype bot would be to make rear and side plows to hold bots on the saws, like a juggler.
-Saws don't need to spin to do damage--you can also use axle mounts effectively if you're short on weight. ;)

To lack feeling is to be dead, but to act on every feeling is to be a child.

I have to note this.
But if it uses saws like a juggler, then doesn't that classify the robot itself as a juggler, and not as a saw-bot?

By my definition, a saw bot is just any bot that uses saws as weapons.

Proof: If you replaced the saws on that prototype bot with discs and razors, it would be a VS, not a sawbot.  The saws are what make it a sawbot, not any design feature.

More or less I'm either reviving the SFTW-Team idea, or trying to make an actual "good" Saw-bot that could potentially be mentioned on the RA2 wiki.
Seriously, the RA2 Wiki wont seem "cool" if we have a "useless" bot-type.

Hey guys, I made another SFTW:

Because it cant possibly get any worse then this.
I just dont know what it is, but I have some in-ability to make grinders.
I can make fairly decent pop-ups, the occasional rammer, and maybe a HS, but Grinders? Hell no.
Ergo, I need help on this :/
