This reminds me of RoAcH in S3. Potentially a killer design and cool looking.

But if you want to make it better:

-Don't use redbirds for this (they suck especially for a heavyweight drive). Use HP Z-teks in this case or even 4WD HP Z-tek if you want to make some ramming.

-Do some round extender work rather than all these grey connectors, way lighter, there's perhaps 30kg wasted on grey connectors.

-Put more weapons on the front of you bot. Again with extender work. You have weight to work with.

-This chassis could be lighter.

-The battery setup is sufficient. But use a big air tank (warning, this thing is huge) or 2-3 air tanks, because here you haven't got a lot of CO2 to power your weapons.

As Inf said, get Starcore. I would recommend the v1.0. (ask Sage for the shock, he went directly from stock to S3) Look at the bots in there, it is decent building and learn from it.

Thanks for the advice. I'll try it.I should make a bigger chassis for this. And I'll install Starcore. I have all the packs but reinstalled RA2 to make some stock stuff. :)

No problem.

Beware the bigger chassis... don't overdo it, that is try to have no empty space, as empty space is weight lost.

Ah, I forget a thing: put some more weapons on your pistons. Something like the DSL piston bots (Poison Stinger & Eye Stabber). This will seriously increase damage.

I agree with everything that Naryar said. Also, With the weight left over, it would be pretty easy to stick at least 10 more spikes on, while only gaining 132 kg's. You have the weight. Also, if you were to upgrade to more than 2 HPZ-Teks, you would need more batteries.

Am I the only person who didn't go into shock when going from stock to Starcore 3?

Ok. Here it is the new version.

I've put Nifty 6V Battery instead the SuperVolt V12 Battery so that I got a little space for the Z-tek Motors with Buzzard wheels.
Deleted the middle burst piston and instead of him I put two CO2 Airtanks.
Anyway I've put another piston of 60M upper CO2 Airtanks with one 40M square extender and two weapons.
And I also deleted the sides extenders.
So in finnaly I won -53KG! A speedy robot. And more effective in battle.

Thank you Naryar :)

Here are some battleshots winning:

Against Tempus Fugit:9 sec destroyed.

Against BW-GetAwayCar:13 sec destroyed.

If anyone has new ideas or I didn't do something good on this one pls tell me!

Well... fight at least Starcore middleweights because TF is two times lighter as your bot.

A beetleweight (175kg) has no chance against this, too.

-You can fit it shiny hubs (less weight)

-Use HP Z-Teks, no normal Zteks (HP Z-teks are twice as more powerful as normal Z-Teks for only 20% weight more) and stick to the Supervolt.

-Build to the 800kg limit (all the Starcore heavyweights are near 800kg)

-More, more, more frontal weapons (defense and offense at the same time)

-I dont think that chassis shape is really efficient.

-Get used to round extenders especially the side attachment points. With sufficient experience on the topic you can win more than 20kg.

-These external pistons look EXTREMELY vulnerable to a hammer.

The gold rule in RA2 bot building is "save weight". That often applies to real bot building too (but in that case there's also money).

Have a look at http://beetlebros.gametechmods.com. I learned much there, as a good part of us.

Infiniteinertia just shutup with ur replyes cause u make no sense.
U are just a newb who likes to says bad things and stuff like that.
You don't know to help ppl or do good stuff as I see.
If u were a newb at a game and went to forums and upload your game thing u've done and someone says: HaHa this is bullsh** or This is not that good or mine is cooler instead of giving u some advices like Naryar does?
No u just like to be bad.

Anyway I'm building a new bot right now Naryar and I'm gonna put it here.Hope this one will be more nice than first one. :)

P.S Sorry for saying that InfiniteInertia but u pissed me.

Well... he just doesn't know the meaning of the word "diplomacy".

But he isn't wrong; actually fighting a beetleweight with something three times heavier is nothing impressive.

You should try at least middleweights, and then heavyweights when you'll really build well.

I won't be here for more than a month, so you could actually look at other people's showcases. And the BeetleBros tutorial, really very useful (yea i'm repeating but it's really important).

EDIT: Inf, you may have more experience than me but shut up. All I see there is an angry kid venting frustration somewhere.

Buiding: Harry, keep going on your bot building, it looks like your learning quickly. There are many you can learn from so listen up...

Weight Class: And as pointed out by Nar. and Inf., you'll want to battle AI bots at least the same weight class as your bot, and ideally heavier. This is conjecture but I would guess that about 80% of my good MW's will beat almost all AI HW's. And I also have 1 or 2 LW's that can beat a few AI HW's. Anyway you get the idea....
Input is appreciated. :)
-Arrogance is a quantity devoid of quality...
-As a client once told me "This is my story, and it's sticking to me!"
-Relationships these days are like the 'Arrival' section of the airport: a lot of baggage is being revealed in one place, and not a lot of it is being correlated to its real owners...

its not even worth fighting about, building obviously reflects skill and knowledge, and i think we both know that result.

I agree with everything that Naryar said, and also, I see about 3 different places at least where the control board can go. Try to make the chassis lower. If you can count very carefully, count up five pixels from the lowest that you can make the chassis. This is the minimum that the HP Z-Teks will fit into the chassis. Just put the shinies on, and it will be invertible (unless there are still pistons at the top). More air power might help, and, what does the bot have for armor.
