i hate hammers...the stupid hammer on the left wont even raise after it fires...i dunno if its just that theres only 2 batteries in the damn thing or its to heavy -.-

It's both, actually. 1 black is the minimum to power 2 DDTs, but that only applies to short-ranged bursts (like popups) due to the small radius of attack.

Hammers however, have nearly all the weight concentrated on the end, meaning it requires more power to fire at the same speed as a popup with the same amount of weapons.

Try taking off a razor from each burst, and get rid of the spike strips so you can stack another black in (if you can't, just redo the chassis).

its better. the only bad thing is it doesn't really reach over HS spinners...its barely reaches over Vortex CE, its fine on maelstrom, and RPB...we wont even get started on that.

Instead of attaching your hammers onto the baseplate, put them on 0-degree anchors so it can reach further without having to extend the arms.

Also, don't follow my srimech system. That doesn't work consistently. Try this instead:

If it still doesn't work, try adding the wedge burst power to your srimech. If not, at least it won't get immobilized (unlike Sage's hammer). :P

I've been on this forum for about 7 months and I have played ~~the game~~ RA2 for about 9 months. I consider myself an average builder, so don't get worked up about not being JoeBlo, Sage, Pwn, Inf or Pys standard. As Pwn said, your building ability gets better and better with each bot that you make, each thing that you stack and every bot that you showcase.

Hang in there and show us some great bots.

yeah, im not getting worried about being like any of them. besides it took me like a year to figure out that axle mounts dont make your wheels drive...

You can use axle mounts for a 4 wheeled bot with 2WD, like I did with my 360 replica in DSL.

In theory, you could use almost everything, provided you know how to use them.
