Title: Why can I no longer rep people?

Why is my opinion of other members being stifled? Since I can no longer use the rep system to express my disgust at others, I will now have to do so verbally in posts.

Because you abused the function.

If you think you must  express your disgust at others, you MUST do it ONLY in Playground!
