I think this pic says it all.

Why does it do this? It does this every time i try to reply.

I've had this theme almost since i joined, and i have always had the smileys


EDIT: changed to the white theme and still no emoticons

You can change the theme by going to look and layout

Okay, I can see a smiley in your last post.

In your Profile, go to Look and Layout, and at the top where it says "Current Smiley Set", there should be a drop-down menu, make sure that's set to "Forum/Board Default" and then try again. I think GRW confused everyone last time round.

Under look and layout, there is a smileys option, turn them off and on again (+1 if you get it)

The smiley is there because i can still remeber how to make some pop up.

Well it's not just the smilies, its also the fact i have to write out the img, spoiler, and URL things.

This has happened to me aswell now, any way to fix this ACAMS?
Plus the insert quote button doesn't work when posting a message

Still works for me. I thought you had to highlight text, then click the Insert Quote button.

So you went to tools/internet options/delete temporary files, and MADE SURE delete Temporary Internet Files was checked and deleted?

I don't want to upgrade to 8, I got a message a while back asking me to upgrade, I allowed it, & it messed up my whole computer
I had to re-install my computer, delete everything, & start again
