I know that I (and a few others) are probably the only ones that are welcoming the new members, and this has been bothering me for a while now. However, is there a way to just create a catagory that welcomes new members? This can probably boost our popularity and eliminate those n00bs... And most of the other forums have one.

Great idea, and we need also forum "rules" with it. At least, what newbies will encounter, such as GTMs "customs"...
