I now own robotcombatgames.com

Would you like this forum to be robotcombatgames.com instead of gametechmods.com (I can make both lead here......just change the name to robotcombatgames instead of gametechmods)

I also own ra2.us, but only use it when I need a short address

I would like to make a robotcombatgames.com page so google will find it when people search for robot combat, so it needs interesting stuff on it.

Anyway, the redirecting might be the most logical choice, since most of the RA2 videos in youtube have links to this site. :D

how about transferring the home page of this site to robotcombatgames.com and having GTM link straight to the forum index?

Maybe somebody (even anybody) can make a cool background splash with robots and pictures of Robot Arena 1 and 2 and Robot Wars games...even Robot rage pictures in widescreen like 1440 X 900 and I will just link to this forum and use it for a link to robot combat games.

Hey... maybe make it a contest kinda like BOTM or the Skinning contest? A bunch or us can create a splash based on your rules for how you want it to look and we can all vote. Or you can just pick the one you like or something. I dunno, people around this forum are really competitive so it might be a fun alternative to bot building.

Yes, you have to join if you want to post...just like all forums.

It is just so we can see how it works just incase I have to replace vbulletin....which is no longer supported, and spam bots hit us regularly now....just wait till it is not updated and they all know how th spam us.

The new site can be spammed or whatever, as it will be deleted after testing is done. ( I have no idea how long that will be)
I need to see if I can skin it and make other mods.
