If I remember correctly, they used to use this theme for the old RA2 site as well.

If you go to the very bottom of the page, it tell you who made the skin. =D

Also, this year's Christmas theme was used last December, if I remember rightly.

I've been using Black Rain since I joined, and I only noticed the christmas theme because I was logged out.

I just stick with the normal one. I'm used to it. It's less overpowering than the Black Rain, it looks clean and easy to read.
