No, I live with my Fiancee, and our internet line is 6 months old, so the IP adress shouldnt be linked to anyone else...

That depends, you may have a dynamic IP.

Go to whatismyip.com, take note of IP, restart computer, router and gateway (if any), visit site again, compare. If the IP is different it means you're probably getting a new one every 24 hours.

USUALLY the only time we IP Ban is when Spambots are involved. Your email address or IP may be linked to (or is similar to) a spam website.

Right, well I'm clueless about that. Serge probably knows more about IP stuff than I do, anyways. Maybe it's one of ACAMS' extremely rare balls-ups.

You don't have any relatives on the forum, do you? 'Cause if they used the same comp or router to register, and then they got banned, I imagine that your old account would get banned too. I'm not entirely sure if I'm right on that, though.

It seems ive been IP banned, and my old account deleted, despite having it for about an hour, not posting with it, and now, i have to use a proxy to register this account, with my second email adress, because i tried re-registering, and i got "banned" again.

the message I get when trying to use the forums normally (withoug proxy) is :
An Error Has Occurred!

Sorry Guest, you are banned from using this forum!
This ban is not set to expire.

This is very confusing, because I hadnt done anything...
