Well then maybe it could be made so that it does not show up when a global mod or admin deletes a post?

yes and no..

we have it on another forum and it does that but

consider the mass amounts of crap that get changed together in threads? I dont want my tournament with 2 pages of blank boxes saying "post deleted by JoeBlo"

if your talking about showcases (since all can self mod) then list whoever abuses the power and they will loose it.

Its always annoying when people ninja delete posts, so why not have something so that when a person deletes a post, it is just a blank box and says

This post was deleted by the user
