TX did this a while back... he got a custom title. It was "Forum idiot" (https://gametechmods.com/uploads/images/88732Idiot.png) He lost the title a hour later.

You don't just get a custom rank by asking, you need to either have brought something to either the forums or the game, or been a massive idiot. I'm guessing, if you do get one, it'll have been for the latter.
