How come I can't upload components?

What are you trying to upload?.....you were just asking how to make a component, have YOU already made a new component?
 
What size is the file, what type file is it?

I think you have to save it as a .zip file...

This really isn't the sort of route a newbie goes down, is it?

Used to be a daily occurrence. EVERYBODY wanted to make components their first day.....even before they could build a decent bot.
We have been lucky for the last couple years, and except for LRA2 and Sparkbutt we have had very few irritations.

However, I think it's too large.

My first edited and 3ds max 8 components. They're pretty lame but I don't care.
