Having trouble changing my profile picture :c

Just a simple issue. I'm trying to both upload a profile picture/link a URL but two different problems occur.

1. When I try to UPLOAD a picture, no matter what I upload the picture is too large or not an avatar

2. When linking a URL, the picture does not show up.

Help? All I'm trying to do is change my picture to this: http://www.armeniapedia.org/images/a/ae/Daron_malakian-arsineh_khachikian.jpg

Scale it down to 150x150 pixels and you'll be fine.

When you link an URL, most of the time the image preview won't show up unless you save your settings. Hope this helps :)
