Thing is, you would just make a new account right after that, or you could probably just drop an email to one of the mods. You don't have to create one ahead of time "just in case".

Nobody is allowed more than one account.....if you forget your password, the forum will send it to you......if you don't have the same email, then contact staff to reset it.
