ACAMS, I just noticed, it only accepts .7Z, whereas the filename is called .7z. Renaming it seems to work, just leting you know.

Open it in Windows Movie Maker and save as a .wmv. Then it will be small enough to upload.

Analogy time! (anyone remember these from those standardized bubble tests?)

Somebody needs to make a tutorial on how to make vids smaller. The uploader allows for huge files, so I am not going to set it any larger.
If your file does not upload, then it is a monster and need to be smaller, or hosted some where else.
