Try running a virus scan. If that doesn't work, it could be either web-based software (I don't think it's necessary for GTM, though), or an unstable internet connection. Try a different browser, see if that works.

Whenever I post something then the forum gives me an error. "Bad Request your browser has sent a message that the server cannot understand"
It will still post, but it's pretty annoying
