Robot Combat is electric, as rules say. Now, I really wantedto stop posting, but it seems your inbox is full, so, here's my PM to you: 'I would really like a valid answer[I have spoken to him on hamachi, asking him. He has just told me to F*** offf]. I have apparently lost your respect because an 11 year old thinks his boxes are real robots.'
My above post explains everything about everything.

We were never stopping him. We (Or at least I) just want to clarify his classification.

"Boxbots" are perfectly fine as a means of amusing yourself

they however dont fit within the combat robot catagory, please start another topic for discussing your "Boxbots"

@Av A robot is a robot, a "box bot" is a "box bot", get it?
On topic: I agree with JoeBlo, it is SLIGHTLY in topic, but just not the same. Please start a tread for your "box bots"

Back on topic...

I was at Mechwars 3 in Minnesota several years ago.  Son of Whyachi was there, the original shuffler version that actually worked.  It fought some flail VS (don't remember what it was called, something innocent like Snuggles or Sugarpie, but it was the prequel to another flail VS called Thresher).  SoW was dominating until one of its hammers broke off and flew right through the arena wall, punching a giant hole in the lexan.  It was a miracle that nobody got hurt; that hammer could have easily killed somebody.  Somebody like me

Needless to say, SoW fought with its weapon at low speed for the rest of the tournament, and not just because it was unbalanced.

To lack feeling is to be dead, but to act on every feeling is to be a child.

Wow! And I thought a entire robot getting flung into 3 of the walls was scary, but a hammer going at a lethal velocity AFTER it penetrated a lexan wall! Your's takes the cake.
