spoilers don't work, my friends; if you wanna read what I'm saying, just highlight it or quote this (and if you're using black rain, that's your fault)

AXE's head falling off was scripted, I can tell. "They delivered a massive blow to AXE's head, knocking it off!" AXE's head wasn't hit at all when it fell; it swing and it fell and that's that. AXE moving around blind was also more or less fake; I'm pretty sure that even though the brain member was limited to a chair, they could see a little bit of the action, so wouldn't move around as blindly. And, even if the brain member couldn't see what was going on, the body member would be able to tell them anyway. This makes me call scripted on the entire series.

It's a reality show, so it doesn't fall under the game show laws.

We shouldn't be nitpicking, it's robots beating on each other and that's enough for me to want to watch it.

spoilers don't work, black rain sucks, yaddah yaddah yaddah.

Okay, so legally the fights aren't rigged. But, what about the fight where the bot that was going against Brimstone? There is no damn way that chick didn't know the fight had ended, and I'm pretty sure that disqualification was scripted, and I'm pretty sure Scorpio fighting Commander was scripted too. Ain't a damn way you can split all of that stuff in half.

I still doubt it`s not scripted. We all know Robot Wars was scripted to a certain point and we also know that these punches just can`t have the power to do what is shown on the show

I saw the first part of A.X.E v.s Game Over. It was cool IMO. Especially when A.X.E beat the **** out of Game Over's arms and there was a puddle of hydraulic fluid.
Awwww, is Game Over not potty-trained?

we also know that these punches just can`t have the power to do what is shown on the show

robots are running 2000psi hydraulic systems with what look like 2-3" bore rams actuating the robots arms. a 2" bore ram generates about 6300lbs of force at that pressure.

cars weigh around 2500 lbs...

I don't doubt that the punches are powerful, if you're able to move all that weight with that much swiftness then you've gotta have some srs power.

Though, truthfully I wanna see a test of their strength, basically take a bot (whichever bot, Brimstone looks like it hits hardest) and some old junker and let it loose on the junker for like 3 minutes, then assess the damages. I'll believe it a little bit more after seeing that.
