Basically, describe a bot in the funniest way possible.

For Example:

Sgt. Bash: A fat guy who ate too many cookies when he was a child and turned into a fat green weirdo with Hepatitis B.

Shunt: A solid steel axe made out of cardboard, and a chassis made out of paper, this is the ultimate destoy-Actually, why did we make thi-

Dead Metal: We threw a bunch of peices of steel together and out came a robot. Cuz, y'know, we're like that.

Matilda: IT'S MADE OUT OF BLOODY POLYCARBONATE. WHEN BOTS AROUND HERE ARE MADE OUT OF STEEL. WHAT. THE. HELL.

Chassius Chrome: The most epic bot ever made ever. It has boxing gloves... And... Uh... Stuff...

Growler: It's a dog coated in tin foil! Yaaaaay!

Sir Killalot: We stole a Barbie jeep and combined it with a dead corpse, and out came this... thing. Also, tracks. Look at them. Oh yeah.

Mr Psycho: We took Sir Killalot, rusty metal, that broken spoon under your bed and a load of Mentorn execs, AND LOOK WHAT WE GOT!

I hope I'm doing this right. This is more a paraphrasing of how the captain described his robot, and I found it funny.

"This is my robot it's just your run-of-the-mill circular chassis. There's nothing inside except two pedestrian drive motors, a boring CO2 system and an incredibly normal lifting device. All in all, it's a very plain robot that wouldn't at all stand out in a crowd. We call it The Creature."

I think that's an incredibly optimistic analysis of what would happen if the handlers of a 100-KG metal-shredding machine got drunk.
