A bit different, but Dan Danknick and Tony Buchignani's names were mispronounced in season 2.0 of Battlebots as:

Dannik

Buchiani

Behemoth, actually.  No accredited dictionary lists the pronunciation as "Bay-a-moth"

While it didn't get a TV appearance on Battlebots, I imagine that someone somewhere down the line mispronounced Entscheidungsproblem (http://battlebots.wikia.com/wiki/Entscheidungsproblem).

It's just a regional dialect.  Like how ACAMS and Qwerty say "nucyuler"

What about Tus-ami?

I think it's funny that:
A) Nobody fixed this in post
B) Nobody who was there recording the VO in post said "maybe this isn't right"
C) It was never fixed in post for rebroadcasts in any market whatsoever

Also I'm not surprised that robots with long names had them butchered or truncated. I remember this happening to Subject to Change Without Reason, Buddy Lee Don't Play in the Street, and all of the Scrap Daddy robots with the weightclass/number names. The lesson here is that you don't give your robot a stupid-ass name.
