Name says it all so I will start by posting the fastest (It took only 4 seconds and one robot was OOTA)

I know there was a two second fight at Botblast but I can't remember who it was and don't feel like looking for it.

Bot was immobilized for way less than that.

Jonzu has posted the best one, so far... Not a generic Battlebots or Robot Wars video and the robot was actually destroyed in a short amount of time, rather than just immobilized or OotA'd.
