Did this statement really need a spoiler?

Sorry I was trying to be careful with spoilers and I guess I got a bit carried away.

. That said, I'm overjoyed at the revival, and will continue doing everything I can to help them get a season 2.

I like all of the builders. There's nothing about any of them that makes them worth hating.

I have to say that the final fights went mostly as expected, except for the final, I was hoping for the other bot to win. He probably would have if his weapon didn't stop working part way through. He shouldn't have gone for that last hit in the previous fight, it really messed him up.

You can not find it, you can not understand it, you simply accept, and believe, and it will grow.

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I honestly don't think competitors should be allowed to modify their robots in order to counter a particular opponent. The last straw for me came when Ghost Raptor put on their "de-icer", a weapon that could only ever be effective against Icewave, and that would have almost certainly lost them a match against any other robot. Biteforce's use of the massive steel plow was another low point for me, as it basically transformed them from a lifter/clamp into a pure wedge, just because they knew that the lifter would be ripped apart by strong spinners. It behaved like a different bot, which brings me to my next point.

Why couldn't a competitor just bring two separate bots, and then choose to fight with the one most effective against their opponent? How is that really any different than what is happening already? And if the two-bot strategy is unacceptable, where do we draw the line? If I keep the frame but replace all of the interior and exterior parts—including the weapon and drive—is it still the same robot? How about if I keep some of the components but change the frame? I say that an entrant should be required to keep their robot the same between matches, barring irreparable damage to a particular component, in which case the team would be expected to mirror the original as much as possible in their repairs.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

To be fair to Raptor, though, the blade had been ripped off. How would they have used that de-icer with the blade? Unless taking off the blade would've been THAT easy? I'd say quick and intelligent thinking, if I'm right

Yeah, but they should have tried to fix the bar first. Because they didn't do that they changed to a lifter which it kinda was able to be anyway, but I do agree that the De-Icer was pretty cheap. Interchangeable weapons should be declared before an event at least.

I've used attachments like what Ghost Raptor and Bite Force used to my advantage, and I think it's 100% fine. Unless it goes against the rules (like entanglement weapons), or is over the weight limit, it should be allowed.

So do you believe that people should be allowed to enter one robot, but also bring along a different one, and then choose which to use in a fight? And if not, why?
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

What qualifies as a "small attachment"?

I'd say that if a weapon is interchangeable, it'd have to be some that doesn't completely change the robot into a ball of safety. A good example would be Tornado's anti Razer frame of cheapness which had 360 degrees of safety. Ghost Raptor still had vulnerable spots and couldn't drive correctly if the "de-icer" was always engaged. As for BiteForce, there were also many vulnerable spots on it and Tombstone should have done more strategic driving and weapon activation.
