PLEASE don't post anything to do with matchups, be it pictures, videos or even just telling us who is against who, at least on GTM.
It may be publicly released information but the people posting this stuff were not permitted to reveal anything, let alone record it.

From what I hear ABC's TV crew is screwing the audience out of fights while padding it with interviews and stuff. Most of the time the audience was just sitting and waiting. BB said they were going to do fights back to back after the initial delay (which is to be expected at robot tournaments), but ABC completely ignored that and just went and pissed people off. It's like they don't know how to run anything.

Also the ticket supplier screwed over even more people when their list got messed up and turned away hundreds of people with tickets in hand.

Sure they know how to run stuff.
They're doing exactly what they need to - making their planned TV show.
Are they running stuff as people wanted? No. Different matter altogether :P

Well this is the TV pilot to get interest. They never advertised it as an event, they advertised it as a TV taping. I'm sure if it's successful, live events will become a part of the show just like before. But they really can't afford to have a star robot drop out so this is what they end up with.

Hopefully they won't have too much BS drama, and do at least 3 fights per 30-minte episode. I also hope they don't do stupid things like interspersing confessionals into the fights. I don't really care about finding out about how they felt when the robot hit the other robot, I can formulate a good guess on my own. Also any of teams with snot nosed children on camera are instantly my least favorites.

Oh gosh I hope not. But this is the channel that makes its living predominantly off of lightearted shows with eye candy for middle aged women. We'll have to see whether they try to pull their Agents of SHIELD crowd, or their Grey's Anatomy crowd.

Same! It's the reason I'm in engineering now. Or at least the catalyst. It was the first technology thing I fell in love with, and I was only about 6 haha.

Team Mohawk's robot appears to be named Mohawk. Also, there's another robot there named Over Haul. Possibly a revamped Overkill?
