General Support / Widescreen resolution help

Hey all, this might be a bit of a noob question here, but is there a way to run RA2 in widescreen (16:9 prefrably) without the graphics being stretched out, both in the UI and in battles? Ive searched the forums but the method i found for editing the ra2.cfg file always seems to result in stretching the graphics out rather than just widening the camera angle for battles. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Custom Components Showcase / JNN's Reskins and Bots

Hey all, ive been a lurker on here for a while, but im not sure if this counts as a bot to showcase, so please correct me if broke a rule somewhere.

So this is my first reskin and its one of my favourite robots, Apollo. Cant have a Robot Wars game without the series 8 champ right? Basically, its a reskin of Kronic (since theyre essentially the same bot) from the bot leaks in the DL section, made to look worn and in line with the other bots from the RWRA2+ mod. There have been very minor changes made to his internals, but the bulk of the bot is unchanged from the original.
 

Took a fair while in photoshop but im very pleased with the results overall. It was quite a bit of trial and error on my end since it was a first attempt.
