Not replied to this in a long time, so get out of the way first: Nice going on the Beta Wham, but I genuinely panicked a bit when I saw you say you lost it all ._.

ANYWAY, BUG REPORT.

I've not played around enough with the Axe bots, purely cause I don't like the switch button on them. Too used to fire. Although on Terrorhurtz it works brilliantly c:

The one bug I've found is when I was fighting Razer (Not sure if this was just me and I installed it wrong, though I doubt it), the bottom of him was sort of half existant. The center of it was more towards the front right wheel, so it looked a liiiittle dodgy. I'll post a screenshot if needed/when I next get chance

Limpet might be fun, just cause it has tracks c: King B Powerworks would be amazing, though

Fair enough, just curious on if it could work or not :3 I'm not gonna be all "OMG WHY PUT DIOTOIR IN IF HE CANT BE SET ON FIRE THATS POINTLESS Y U DO DIS SAVE THE SPOT FOR A BETTER ROBOT"
Nice Mythbusters references there, by the way.

It is? Must have missed it in the list you put up, looking even more forward to this now. :D

I haven't checked up on this in quite a long time, but my god have you made some progress Wham! I like how you've textured Robot Wars robots better than the people who made the freaking game did. I've never seen Mantis before, but you did really well to angle that right.

Couple of questions, though.

Is it possible at all to make Diotoir flammable at all? I doubt it, given RA2's engine, just the sight of him running around with smoke and fire trailing after him never gets old :P

And I'm not asking for you to put this in, but would it be at all possible for Typhoon to be made? I've never made a replica so I have no idea how difficult it is. It's a weird shape, and I really can't make cones or domes or anything like that. But another FBS would be cool. I'd like to see how he'd go up against Revolutionist :3

I just noticed while I was playing; the Robot Wars arena is wrong. The Pit and the Arena Flipper are on the wrong sides, do you think anybody could fix it for this AI pack? No worry if nobody would, just curious. :3

Sort of on the same note, what can we expect from the pack? Anything extra? :3

All of the bots are looking so good. Vastly improved since the last AI pack! Razer especially. It annoyed me how it was more of a hammer than a crusher :/ which one do you think's turned out best so far, in your opinion? c:

Discussion / Easier robot creation?
« on: February 01, 2013, 07:43:21 PM »
I got this game earlier this week and I downloaded a few robots, looked at how they worked; got the general gist of it and understood how to make my own. I was just wondering if there's some easier way to make the pieces actually connect? Like, I'll have an anchor point, but my mouse has to be in the *precise* location for it to work, otherwise the game's just like "nope".

Is there any way, or is it just wishful thinking?
