I've received Scrap's entry (like 9 hours ago) so I should have recorded and ready to upload by the end of the weekend.
Good to hear, and thanks again for hosting.

that`s an DSL standart bot
What?

No axle support, no belt support, and a really unnecessary wedge considering the bot type.
Yup, I'm probably going to lose badly.   :gawe:

You didn't buy a taser? You can do so many cool things with them. Flamethrower, shock people, revive dead NICAD/NIMH batteries
Or play ULTIMATE TASER BALL!

Are you looking for Battlebots (TV show) or using Battlebots as a general term for fighting robots?

Battlebotsvideos has most of the old matches most videos are low sound and video quality

Ste4096 has some high quality matches

Battlebotstv has matches from the failed 2009 relaunch
___________

For fighting robots

Garthknt has great high quality videos

As does teamvelocity,  mattmaxsr, and botman64

http://madoverlord.com/ has a huge library of high quality post Battlebots videos.
I was looking for the TV show, thanks for the suggestions.  :thumbup

Accidentally posted this to the "What do you think of the country you live in?" thread earlier. :rage

Hey guys, are there any good YT channels to watch Battlebots on? I've been wanting to watch it for ages, but all I can seem to find is the odd match here and there and not one channel with just about every episode.

Almost everybody can take screenshots so all you really need to do is find someone with time on their hands. If you want a host that will record the fight then you're gonna have to find one that isn't too busy. I personally haven't been following the Challenge Board that much (its not my responsibility to moderate it) so I can't really name any names but you can also look at the tournament section. The difficulty in finding a host is actually why this needs to be done via PM (or the discussion thread). Since it is not required, there is no reason to put off a challenge just to get one.

Just to get things back on track, I'll offer my services to make a bare-bones video for you guys. Even if it turns out that I'm too busy, there is a timeout period for hosts in the rules now so it shouldn't be a problem. Though in the future, please follow the procedure.
Sorry, I'll follow the rules next time.
Thanks for offering to host too, I'll PM Scrap Daddy and let him know.

Edit:

Slightly updated since my Showcase post, with any luck it should last 20 seconds or so.  :laughing

I've just realized something. The Americans are going to destroy us! First their cultural dominance in the UK then they are trying to take away freedom of the internet. Next it will be human rights and they will launch nukes that will turn our citys into McDonalds and Microsoft citys were only obese people will live. No wonder why they signed a defencive pact with us because we our thier biggest threat on the Atlantic seaboard.
We aren't taking away anyone's internet freedom. SOPA was put down, hard.
RPJK kind of has a point about the human rights though, a few states in the US have passed laws that basically make it a-okay for people to bully LGBT people for religious reasons.

Read step 2 of the procedure. This rule was made so that moderators only needed to look at when the thread was made to determine when it should be over.
Who should I try PMing?

The battle will be realistic DSL HW, no crawlers, no multi-bots.
Who wants to host?

No no no, I was saying that that's what I'd class as an otome :>
Otome is usually the other way around (Female player character, male characters).

Not nearly as much as I used to, and I've played all the games you've mentioned now, completed them, got bored, can't find any decent games to play any more besides MGQ and the less we know about that the better
Well, if you want some non-eroge visual novels I've got a few recomendations.
Only if I can get them for free
Sure, there's Brass Restoration, where you play as a musican who SPOILER ALERT
It's one of those typical "pic one out of a couple of girls" type branching story lines. Pretty good stuff though.
Otome. it better be in English >o<
It's in English.

Edit: As for Otome, can't really help you there.
