I actually did think about an RA2 arena for halo CE but thats alot of work... sorta... well not really. I would do it but my modeling isn't what you call "awsomness."
EDIT: Hey ACAMS, my old acount is actually still on the forums. If it isn't a problem could you just re actuvate that one, if it isn't already, thanks. PM me the new password here though please. I hope thats not too big a deal, I have my own forums and it isn't that hard but I understand if it's just an inconvinience... it's no prob.

No no no... make VEHICLES, with guns on them and stuff... do you think that from the oh i duno 3+ years i've been on the RA2 scene I haven't learned that you can't change this game around to make anything else?
It'll be like the DSL mod but only with halo... please think alittle dude.

My origional post didn't go through so i'm going to be short...
I'm loosing any hopes of getting back into RA2, to some of you thats good... but i'm better than I used to be.
My idea is that we make a Halo mod for RA2.
don't think i'm doing nothing ok... i'm gona help as much as possible. I can rip models from halo on the computer. you guys make parts out of them and make replica arena's and bots.
I don't have 3ds but I have a modeling program that can export to .3ds if needed.
Please, this will be fun and maybe a last hurah for RA2. It will be something to get me back into RA2 for a while and I might get some halo fans into this game... who knows.
I hope this is all legal as the Halogen project someone was doing got shut down. This should be legal because there is no storyline and all content is going to be copyright to them not us at all. I can also get us skins so don't worry about that.
So lets have some fun and do this, what do ya say?
oh and i'm posting this here cause i'm not gona re-join the official RA2 forums anytime soon.

ur joking right? a combo of those two? most bots don't do well on the mars arena and the obstical course is too laggy and half of it is messed up (ie: fall through "solid" walkway to an imposibal escape...) But I had that idea... somewhere here... look for it in the arena request or ideas thread or uh the dsl 2.0 preveiw topic...

Duuuuuuude! That is awsome... I may get back into RA2 more... I started to hate it because my grandpa's computer got messed up and had to be fixed... I lost every thing! I love the treads but no offence they need a better skin. When you said RA1 ramakes I thought cool! custom chassis and all! Then I saw the pics and saw stock chassis's... oh well they are pretty darn good though. but are you going to fix the robot wars arena... everthing is backwards. All it needs is to be flipped and could you put the player 1 and 2 start slots in the arena not in the CPZ? well that is all for now see ya! (I don't want to hear a darn thing about my typing unless you say I am getting better or whaterver...)

Cool! Is there also a arena that you are in separate hamster balls? that would bee cool! you know bumper ball bots! well anyway I love the DSL mod... is there more obstical courses? and the one that is already there de-laged? I saw on Lu-tze's site that that arena is one of MANY obstical courses... how did you guys get the wind tunnel working? How do game phisics (gravity mostly) work? Well good luck with the pack... and don't get your computers crashed lol.

No I havn't see the RA1 bot in RA2... and click... does that mean you are making the RA1 bots too? I found something in RA12 the other day... a nonexistant arena and and the fact that the spark and impact stuff came from robotarena 1 (you know the damage stickers) so I thought you would like to know that... lol. Any way Nice work in DSL can't wait!

Hey I love the video can't wait! I was wandering if you may be able to bring the RA1 bots into RA2... you know red jiant and topknot and all. You know like make the parts and stuff... just a sugestion... but I love the way the new sounds and parts and robots all come together. I would also like to see the old arenas from RA1 but that may be a different mod. Glad you have found the drone loop sound but I would like to know why it was ingame anyway oh well god job guys.

FINALY! I've been trying to login for months! OK I love the new DSL pack! but is the garadge going to be new? If so or not if there is a garadge door then could you make it open and you could go out into the town wreck cars busses... break into the -town name here- desaster zone arenas... (the DSL arenas building) and stuff like that? I know it will be a big poly count and all but is it worth a shot? Maby with a later version. Vincent I love the garadge graphic and arena logo! can't wait to see the whole thing! Well most of this goes in ideas but I just got carried away sorry... but please think about my idea... :)

Doesn't that robot with all the bars look like one in the robot wars game... anyway... love the arena! I just don't see why it was abandoned... but wsn't there some grape crate arena that was made entierly of grape crates... anyway nice! I can't wait...
